Campaign Story

My name is Aaron, and my wife Misha and I have always dreamed of growing our family. For the past ten years, we’ve held onto that dream through countless highs and heartbreaking lows. We’ve undergone four rounds of fertility treatments—each one carrying its own mix of hope and fear.

One of those treatments gave us our greatest joy: our son, who is now four years old. He is funny, curious, and full of light. He was, unfortunately, diagnosed with autism, and while he brings us more happiness than we ever imagined, we long for him to have a sibling—a built-in friend and partner through life’s adventures.

Our journey hasn’t been easy. After two earlier attempts, we finally received the news we had prayed for: we were pregnant. But at two months, Misha developed appendicitis and needed emergency surgery. We lost the pregnancy, and with it, a piece of our hearts. Fertility treatments have drained our savings, but our desire to complete our family has only grown stronger.

Now, at our age, we feel this is our last chance. We are humbly asking for your support to help fund one final round of fertility treatment. Any contribution will go directly toward treatment costs, giving us the opportunity to try once more for the sibling our son deserves.
